Starting in 2010, Air New Zealand will begin new direct flights from Sydney to Raratonga, Cook Islands. The flights will run from July – October as a trial period to gauge demand and see if the route is commercially viable.
Air New Zealand is offering reduced airfares on their flights from Los Angeles to Auckland and San Francisco to Auckland. Flights to Wellingtion, Christchurch and Queenstown are available for $898 roundtrip. These airfares also allow for stopovers in the Cook Islands, Tonga or Samoa for $150 more per stop.
Tickets must be purchased by November 18 and are valid for travel between 5/1/2010 – 6/8/2010. You can book your tickets online at AirNewZealand.com
